What Teachers Say - England, Scotland & USA
"This is without doubt the most innovative and stimulating piece of educational software that I have experienced in any educational setting.' The designers clearly know how to stimulate and engage the pupils into learning without the pupil actually realising that learning is taking place" L Obre PT, Bannockburn High School
"The NAB results have undoubtedly improved following the use of InQuizitor" I Phillips, Principal Computing Teacher, Mearns Castle High School.
"We have a great problem with kids learning their times tables in primary school, if they were using this software, I guarantee every kid would come out of primary school knowing their times tables." John Sexton, Principal Maths Teacher James Young High School, Livingston.
"I believe that the category 'learning game' is so apt. The product allows young people to learn and have some fun at the same time. Our pupils are very competitive and try to beat one another with their personal scores and also in the time it takes to reach the next level. Our parents are also very pleased with the product as a useful resource for revision." M.C. McInally, Deputy Head, Webster's High School
"Response has been generally positive and even pupils who are shy or lacking in confidence have settled into using InQuizitor. Also pupils are encouraged to ask questions and do some homework simply because they want to complete the test to get to game and improve on their score as predicted in training session." Alistair Leiper, Maths Teacher Blairgowrie High School
"We have been using InQuizitor for about 4 months now and it is everything it is cracked up to be! I am using it with my Computing classes and am extremely pleased with the results, with the certificate pupils demanding to use it almost every day for revision. I also use it in S2 and have been amazed by the positive reactions to it.." Dave Mackie, P.T. Computing Studies, Banchory Academy
"All students and staff are very positive about using InQuizitor. We have found InQuizitor a useful revision tool that was a lot of fun. It reinforced prior knowledge and the pupils seemed to really enjoy it." Julie McLaren, ICT Co-ordinator, Forrester High School, Edinburgh
"Pupils have been enjoying InQuizitor immensely, and have been using the quizzes during their own lunchtimes." Cathie Oats, Information Services Manager, Inverkeithing High School, Fife
"We piloted InQuizitor in Baldragon with a wide range of subjects and they used it interactively on their whiteboards as well as a treat for individual pupils. I have judged by the request to continue use that they have been more than happy with it." George Laidlaw, Headteacher, Baldragon Academy, Dundee
"At Greenfaulds High School InQuizitor is used with Standard Grade and Intermediate 1 pupils in S3/S4. It is used as a revision tool and pupils respond well to this new revision technique. Poorer and less motivated pupils have shown the greatest improvement through the use of InQuizitor. We can honestly say that it has made a positive and significant contribution to the achievement of our pupils." Bill Samson, P.T Physics, Greenfaulds High School, Cumbernauld
Just wanted you to know how excited my students were to participate in the InQuizitor Bowl. Not only did the experience motivate them to learn but when they discovered there was competition between classes it transformed them into "learning athletes"... Thank you for helping us reach those unteachable stars! " Nikki Limberis, 8th Grade Science, Fox Chapel Middle School, Spring Hill, FL
"The students as well as the learning mentors have found this stimulating and exciting experience and they love the games element as a reward for their learning. Pia Tanneraho, PfS Centre Manager, Newham Learning Community Services, ELG Interface
"I have used it very often myself and it has been fantastic. The pupils really enjoy it especially when we make it into a competition to see who has the highest score in the class. I'm very impressed with InQuizitor, the ease of use for both teacher and pupil, it is a fun way of learning and I do believe that learning has taken place whenever I've used it. " Joe Coughlan, ICT Technician, Finham Park School
"Fun! I was using this today with my A Level Biologists. The students really are very enthusiastic about the game. They were all trying to beat my top score of 4.6 million (needless to say no-one managed this!)." Andy Squires, Deputy Head, Denbigh School
"...guys and girls both seemed to enjoy the game. I heard quotes like, "this game is awesome" ...There was a lot of chatter in the room, even some trash talking between students and certainly some competition to see who could get the high score. Overall, the level of enthusiasm was very high...my first impression is outstanding. " David McDivitt, Social Studies, Oak Hill High School, Converse, IN
I used it a little bit at the end of the year last year to review for semester exams, and the kids loved it! They enjoyed the video game aspect, and the repetition made for a great review. I just started using it with the kids this year on Monday...My 5th period had the same reaction! It's been a terrific tool and great addition to my teaching methods. Mrs. Sherry Furnish, Oak Hill Jr. High School, Converse, IN 7th Grade English
"Excellent response from pupils who were eager to revise using the software and were convinced it was helping them remember facts. Staff who have seen/used the software have been very positive - even winning over some doubters (including me)." Michael Sutton, Assistant Headteacher, Birkdale High School
"We have been using InQuizitor for a while now, English especially have found it to be very motivating for their students, many wishing to use it out of lesson as a revision tool as well." Tony Harbin, Data and Systems Manager, Bristnall Hall Technology College
My 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade music students love InQuizitor. They often request it and are at times disappointed if I have something else planned. I have even tried it with my 1st graders and they liked it too... Our campus technology specialist also used the program to make a quiz to help our students prepare for their state standardized math test. I feel that students respond very well because it holds their attention. ... it is a wonderful addition to any classroom. Jill Olson, Music Teacher, Lawhon Elementary School, Pearland, TX
I highly recommend this product. Whether you use it in a lab or in a single classroom, the students will love this product. I have used it for about 3 months and the students have said that they think it helps. Erik Cisney, Social Studies, Bismarck-Henning High School, Bismarck, IL
If you are looking for something to grab your student's attention this is it! The graphics alone will attract them like a magnet. When they are finished "playing" they want more and they don't even realize that they are learning in the process. It truly is the best motivator that I have found in my thirty years as an educator. When I started using InQuizitor having only one computer I picked the top three students from the class to compete with one another. The winner went on to challenge students from the other classes. I made an InQuizitor Bowl with prizes going to the winning competetor from each class and of course the largest prize going to the InQuizitor Bowl Champ. Nikki Limberis, 8th Grade Science, Fox Chapel Middle School, Spring Hill, FL
