We ask for your name (this will be your display name on the site), a username and a password as well as an email address. We use this information to contact you occasionally regarding our services. We may also need to contact you regarding any Customer Service queries you submit. 3MRT Limited is the sole owner of the information collected on InQuizitor.com.

Community

You can link with friends to allow them access to your scores on their high scores table and for their scores to show on your high scores tables. There is no facility to 'chat' or message friends currently on the site. To add a friend, you must invite them using their username which can only be given to you by them. They must also accept your invitation before your personal scores data is released.

Parents

Parents can review the information their children have contributed to InQuizitor or request that we delete any information held by contacting our customer service at .

Information Sharing and Disclosure

InQuizitor does not share any personally identifiable information about our registered users with non-affiliated third parties. We reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information if so required by law or to protect our rights and/or comply with judicial proceedings, court order, or legal process served on our website.
